Our unique payment model allows synagogues to pay for website development through a percentage of online donations collected through the website. Specific payment terms, including deposit requirements and percentage rates, will be outlined in individual service agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the rights to their custom website design and content. Shul Studio retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely content for their website
• Reviewing and approving designs within agreed timeframes
• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• Ensuring their website content complies with applicable laws

6. Limitation of Liability

Shul Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, clients will receive all files and assets related to their website, subject to payment of any outstanding balances.

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information. Any sensitive data shared during the course of our work will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
